Invoices past 60 days from date of invoice issued – Not Returnable

Orders under 4 boxes – Not Returnable

Orders over 4 boxes – Returnable with 25% Restock Fee*

Accessories and/or Moldings – No minimum, Returnable with 25% Restock Fee*

*Dealer is responsible to ensure all boxes are packaged, labeled for return, unopened, and returned to the local Vivid Floors warehouse location in their area. If the warehouse is not in their local area, freight fees to return the material will be charged as well.
